Service Development Manager
I'm currently working on a Service Development Programme focussing on delivering organisation and technical change to aid business growth, efficiency and sustainability. I work on a diverse range of projects, but my core focus currently is performing a blended role of Business Architect and Product Owner focusing on both business and consumer facing digital services. I'm responsible for the day to day decision making on the products, starting from idea generation through to delivery, and ensuring that the change impacts the organisations architecture in a positive way. This involved the creation and development of user journeys and personas, detailled process mapping and design. As well as the development of requirements, and the management of delivery to ensure the sucessful development of the product to achieve our strategic goals.I work in an Agile environment with a mix of internal and external infrastructure and development teams.My previous projects include acting as Product Owner for the design and development of the organisations first online forms, webchat and SMS services. As well as developing our approach to gaining consent over the telephone rather than a signature on our paper forms.
