Responsible for policy compliance for all company employees in the UK. This part-time compliance role covers both employee related policies as well as ensuring the Company meets legislative or legal requirements in our workplace. Manager in early 1991 and led the team of process specialists at our facility. My final position was of Principal Applications Engineer with responsibility for Lab. resource and research project management, including liaisons with state-funding bodies.
