I am a senior “C” level financial & operational executive with over 23 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience at the CFO/COO level and a total of over 30 years of extensive financial, operational, and management experience for both public and private organizations. Prior to joining Katsumi Servicing LLC as their CFO, I most recently served as Vice President and M&A Director for FPT Software and have previously served as CFO/COO with three different technology companies (two of which were high-tech startups) that were successfully acquired by publicly traded, multinational companies and one financial services company that was acquired by a major Texas bank. I was also responsible for the successful post-acquisition integration process for all four sell-side acquisitions. Being on both sides of the table in the acquisition process has given me a deep understanding of the complexities involved in merging one company into another without the acquired company losing its cultural, operational, and business identity.
