I was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1997, and I was licensed to practice law in Georgia in 1998. Since then, I have gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.Specialties: I have extensive experience dealing with real estate closings and title work in Georgia and Tennessee. I also have been involved in litigating a wide array of cases, but almost always dealing with some aspect of real estate law. My cases involved business law, construction law (materialman's lien law) and real estate law in Tennessee and Georgia courts (state and federal courts).
