Prepared estimates for backup power generation and worked with equipment rental companies to provide service and equipment expeditiously to sites ensuring operations. Continued until mid June 2018.Provided Program Management leadership support to Albany, GA and Carlisle, PA on critical capital programs to ensure that technical project solutions were detailed and prepared for review by the PCH LT team. Supported estimating project costs, reviewing external estimates, preparing CPA’ s ,project proposals and summaries and attending project coordination meetings to provide technical expertise in process and equipment technologies. Supported the Site Engineering Leads by reviewing and analyzing engineering and construction capabilities and continued to meet with these companies to ensure the sites received proper support and resolution of projects assigned to them. Investigated and met with equipment manufacturing companies to bring improved process manufacturing technologies to the Albany’s ThermaCare production. Assisted Carlisle with IEDCO vacuum dispensing equipment FAT’s and liaison between site and manufacturer to ensure that equipment was fit for purpose prior to site SAT. Coordinated and supported the Carlisle Innovation session for weighing and dispensing of Emergen C raw material and added technical expertise to support the facilitation of the meeting. Assisted the PCH separation strategy as requested, by providing estimates and estimate reviews for potential transitioning sites.Project Manager PGE Global Operations for the Energy Sustainability Program in the US and Puerto Rico for 6 sites, coordinated meetings with AECOM and the PGE Operations team. Ensured that all reports met PGE requirements and reviewed estimates of all the potential project recommendations in the report.

Pfizer Global Engineering - Maintenance, Repair & Operations - MRO Program Leader for Engineering Operations in North America and Puerto RicoGlobal MRO Program Manager responsible for Maintenance Repair & Operations program within PGE Global Operations to support lower spare parts costs, improved service to the sites, and reduced inventory. Succesfully led the transition and implementation for 9 North America & Puerto Rico sites in from incumbent to a new integrated MRO supplier . 1st year provided $3.2MM in savings to the program with an expected savings of $15MM in 4 years. This program also laid the framework for enriched MRO data that allows for improved Data Analytics and Improved KPI's. The Performance Metric KPI's have continuously improved year after year since inception of program. Introduced, Provided leadership, and Implemented the OEM and Conversion project with Global Procurement and MRO Integrator that has provided over $800K in savings on an annual basis. Implemented an Inventory Reduction Program and led the development of the parts transfer program across all sites.
