Served as Director of Operations for CCI Environmental Services on BP's Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill Disaster. Responsible for recruiting and managing all manpower, equipment, and resources, etc. during the United States worst man-made disaster. CCI served as a prime contractor under Deep Water Horizon's unified command in Venice, Louisiana. In addition, spent twelve weeks in Tuscaloosa Alabama overseeing CCI's emergency response operations during the April 2011 category five tornado disaster. During 2011/2012, worked in Business Development/Marketing for CCI in the Gulf Coast.

Administrator for agency comprised of 2500 + employees including 2000 certified probation-parole officers; 140 million + budget. Also responsible for 9.6 million in grant $ available to local jurisdictions to develop and implement local community programs design to treat, educate,and or assist offenders under probation or parole supervision.
