The Director of Operations is primarily responsible for the overall performance of staff, the community and club operations. This position works with the General Manager, Board of Directors and HOAMCO as necessary to successfully manage the ongoing operation of the community, develop and oversee a $5 million annual budget, and hire, oversee and develop superior staff members. This position is responsible for developing and updating processes and procedures, managing risk, long term strategic planning, asset management, budget and analysis of reserves and other operational metrics. Direct reports include the Director of Food Services/Executive Chef, Director of Lifestyle & Events, Center for Well Being Manager, Operations Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, and Standards Coordinator.
