Responsible for the development and optimization of the Bruil 3D concrete printer. My work is a mix of performing research, concept development and engineering.

I worked for Vanderlande Industries on the Loop-sorter machines. I was responsible for the development of the 'Measurement carrier' to enable Vanderlande to remotely monitor their systems and to be able to better plan preventive maintenance.

Within Ultimaker my responsibilties include the hardware development of a new printer, in particular the printhead and the printbed. My tasks include:- Setting up and documenting (hardware) requirements - Concept development- Prototyping to check feasibility of new ideas and principles within 3D printing- CAD Design (Solidworks, Fusion 360) of complex mechanisms (printhead)- Setting up tests (precision tests, cyclic load tests)- Documenting design history

Binnen Laevo was ik verantwoordelijk voor het mechanisch ontwerp van een licht, draagbaar volledig mechanisch exoskelet ter ondersteuning van de onderrug bij zwaar lichamelijk werk.Taken:- Concept development- CAD (Solidworks)- Material selection & testing- User testing & validation of prototypes- (CE) Documentation

My job consisted of instructing and guiding various groups of people through different activities. Next to this I developed a couple of new interactive games/installations that are still in use today.

Tutoring younger students in Math, Physics and Chemistry.
