I graduated from the University of Toronto followed by a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall in 1962 and became a Queen’s Counsel in 1975. I am a specialist in criminal law and known as a specialist in defence of charges such as dangerous driving, careless driving, criminal negligence causing death, impaired driving and fail to take breathalyzer.I’ve been a consultant for lawyers in various States, acted for a period of time as referral from the US Embassy to Canada for Americans who have been charged with criminal offences in Canada.I am one of the original founders of the Ontario Legal Aid Plan on a voluntary basis with Allen Mintz and Jack Weisdorf before it was completely funded by the Ontario Government.I am highly respected amongst the legal community and have appeared at all levels of trial courts; Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal and co-counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada.I am a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, Ontario Bar Association, York Region Law Association and Peel Region Law Association.I practice throughout Ontario and represent individuals from all walks of life. My objective is being an aggressive defender for my clients and achieving the best results.
