Primary point of contact with the owner, architects, contractors, special vendors, and consultants with direct report responsibility of the project. Plan, administer, and coordinate job projects from civil development through final building operation opening. Verify all construction procedures are performed properly per plan and specifications ensuring quality control. This includes the full construction cost bid out for civil and vertical construction of the Assisted Living Facilities. Main building 20,168 sq ft with a detached 1,268 sq ft commercial kitchen.

Manage the development and construction of multi-million dollar condominium / townhome communities, with 7 direct report superintendents. Direct supervision over entire property development for multi-family townhome construction from land development to final sale to customers. Raw bid out, estimating, and contract negotiations with subcontractors. Conduct meetings and training sessions with builders and subcontractors. Worked with city officials from start to finish on many projects in multiple cities. Worked closely with Dallas corporate office and homeowners to acquire excellent customer satisfaction and increase Boulevard Builder’s reputation as the townhome builder of choice in the DFW and Austin areas. Projects included: West Villagio (Austin TX), Valencia Townhomes (Dallas, TX), Palo Alto Condominiums (Dallas, TX), Malaga Condominiums (Dallas, TX), Citta Park Condominiums (Dallas, TX), & Ridglea Place Townhomes (Ft. Worth, TX).

Responsible for assisting the Director of Construction and the Division President in the overall construction operations of several single family home communities in the DFW area. Manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing and diverse environment involving multiple builders, trade partners, municipalities and other team members while maintaining product delivery. Manage builders on construction processes in order to establish quality and operational standards. Perform quality inspections on frames and on completed homes. Conduct training sessions on quality assurance. Handle issues with homeowners and contractors. Approve payments and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain price of non-conformance and subcontractor pricing.

Rapidly promoted to escalating positions of responsibility for directing all aspects of new home construction ($130-300K) in phase community lots.
