I am the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and also Co-Director of the Pediatric Heart Center at Mount Sinai. I am also the director of the cardiac electrophysiology program at Mount Sinai. The goals of my career can likely be described as trying to develop and perform cardiac procedures to help the cardiac health of children and adults with congenital heart disease whether an arrhythmia problem or a cardiac structural problem. I also take the responsibility to train the next generation very seriously. I am also the host of the pediatric cardiology podcast that is called "Pediheart: Pediatric Cardiology Today" that aims to review some of the latest literature in the field of pediatric cardiovascular medicine and also interview some thought leaders in the field.
