I am a partner in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP, where I am a member of the Private Funds Practice. With over 20 years of experience, I devote my practice to the regulation of the managers and advisers of private funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, hedge funds and other private funds. My clients have spanned the full spectrum of firm sizes, including many of the largest and most sophisticated firms in the global asset management industry, as well as start-up firms launching their businesses and firms at all points in between.
