Following a successful background in middle and senior management working for large blue chip organisations and working as a freelance consultant in quality customer service delivery and Leadership development for such companies I am now a UK qualified and registered Counsellor, Supervisor and Trainer. In addition to offering people orientated organisational interventions I also work with individuals in private practice offering face to face and online counselling/psychotherapy.Humanistic in philosophy and integrative in practice my work focuses on individuals being the true expert in themselves. I offer Clinical Supervision, counselling in forensic issues and have experience and special interests in working with trauma and abuse; sense of self; issues of difference and diversity, including sexuality and gender; disability; life stages changes eg divorce, bereavement etc; offending behaviours. I have directed the delivery of accredited training programmes for Counsellors & Psychotherapists including a CPD programme, and services for individuals, couples & groups.
