From regular volunteer I became an employed member of staff and slotted in as a key member of the team. We were by far the most profitable Mind Retail shop in the country, and set new records and targets each month. In order to maintain this status, we ensured a high overturn of donations and sales, great customer and volunteer relationships, and helped out with Mind’s charitable work by raising awareness, spreading information and volunteering to help with events.
