Built and maintained the datacenter, VoIP system, disaster recovery system, and customized documentation and reporting from the EMR. Promoted to IT Manager with a staff of 2, before taking on director level duties over multiple departments.

Volunteer work as a technology consultant for a not-for-profit. Consulted on all technology related aspects including hardware selection, website design, ISP selection and setup, database requirements, troubleshooting, applications, and email and web hosting selection.

As an IT consultant with a staffing service, my main area of service was in the Telecommunications department. I worked with the senior analyst on moves, adds, and changes for stations throughout the organization. I was also responsible for providing LAN connectivity to all stations through wired connections and switch configuration.

As an IT Consultant with a staffing service, I did a variety of IT tasks from helpdesk support to telecom to Windows system administration. I actively worked with two sides of the IT department, the network admins and the helpdesk.
