• Created a simulation of the manufacturing area’s pre and post production areas. This simulation was used to justify $20,000,000 to develop a new line of business.
• Collaborate with various support functions to identify areas of waste to drive continuous improvement. Current identification and implementation of improvements have resulted in cost savings of more than $4,000,000.00.
• Develop standards for each step in the production process. This is done in conjunction with the Business Operations (BusOps) group. Currently collecting historical data over the past 3 years to determine a % allocation.
• Assist in other Industrial Engineering duties, such as layout creation, capacity planning, and costing, as necessary.

• Coordinated with Global Application Service Managers to create an inventory of applications used by Syngenta. Responsible for procuring information for over 300 applications on the Human Resources Tower - North.
• Met with HR application business and technical owners to align and develop business/IS strategy to respond more proactively to changes in specification.
• Supported Greenleaf Genetics Team in creating an application process that would identify gaps in the Corn Seed Market.
• Spearheaded a regional technical effort to create an iPad version of a fillable PDF so that sales team members could immediately fill orders while on the field. Form was approved and is now in use.
• Mastered Service Now ticket reporting software. Used this software to create quality reports in efforts to drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) for the Information Systems team. This was key for the Feedback.

• Hosted recruitment events for the department and college. I spoke to over 500 prospective students, imploring them to seek higher education.
• Served as a mentor for 20 ISE Freshman. Aided in providing academic, professional, and personal assistance as needed. Cooperated with faculty to host professional development workshops.
• Facilitated department wide events, including the end of year ISE banquet, which we coordinated for over 50 people, and paved the way for students to participate in such planning.

•  Worked with other Process Engineers to complete ambitious “No Stop” Project. Conducted time studies and aided in performing cost analysis. This resulted in a 5% increase in OEE and savings of over $2,000,000 over.
• Created and implemented Lean 5s Standards for an entire production line in the plant.
• Aided in the design and implementation of a new desk to comply with Quality Control's new standards. This desk was implemented on all 13 lines of the Fragrance Department.
•  Designed an ergonomically friendly work station for one of the steps on the production line.
