• Serve as Performance Management Team (PMT) Leader of the Engineering Performance Management Team (EGTR), which comprises over 50 engineers. Responsible for achieving a combined $1,800,000 in cost savings over the course of the year. Also responsible for ensuring EGTR achieves its metrics each month for the year.• Created a simulation of the manufacturing area’s pre and post production areas. This simulation was used to justify $20,000,000 to develop a new line of business.•Collaborate with various support functions to identify areas of waste to drive continuous improvement. Current identification and implementation of improvements have resulted in cost savings of more than $4,000,000.00. • Develop standards for each step in the production process. This is done in conjunction with the Business Operations (BusOps) group. Currently collecting historical data over the past 3 years to determine a % allocation of Standard Hours to assign to each operation in the production process. This will help in more accurately determining areas that need improvement.• Assist in other Industrial Engineering duties, such as layout creation, capacity planning, and costing, as necessary.
