My career is in Sales as a telecommunication consultant, one who is more of a relationship builder with the client. Ensuring that the product that my client receives is the right fit for their business. This can be pretty exciting as at times it allows you to put yourself in your customer's skin. This gives a better understanding of your customer's needs. I am also interested in assisting persons in developing their small business. Also carving and creating entrepreneurial interests. My new interest is strategy, which grew after completing my MBA at the University of Leicester. Strategy has enhanced my analytical thinking, by taking a 360 degree approach to situations. My cost control skills have been sharpened, built upon the foundations of excelling as a food and beverage cost controller at Doctor's Cave Beach Hotel. Then Cost Controller at Sandals Grande and Store Manager and Consultant at Burger King Jamaica and St. Lucia. My skills set is one who has coached, motivated and created space for teams to excel. Also learning how to manage different types of teams and becoming a mentor for the team members.
