Facilitated steering committees and negotiated stakeholder requirements over three brands achieving aligned scope and roadmap. 2015.05 - 2017.05Development of a new exhaust aftertreatment system with new control software, for multiple brands in the VW group. Negotiated scope adjustments with brand stakeholders and drove through key decisions to enable project time plan meeting window of oppurtunity.

Business case development, re-launched project with lowered product cost estimates and investment cost push back. The project included home factory adaptations and full supplier line assembly setup support.2014.12 - 2016.02Full engine platform adaption program to conform engines interfaces to Scanias New Truck Generation. Sub-project manager responsible for aftertreatment adaptations and control software. Large degree of dependencies with other projects within the overall Umbrella program.2014.05 - 2017.01Chassis adaptation and reconfiguration of silencers to enable free frame space on specialized vehicles. Project scope adapted in the end phase due to market requirement needs build-up. 2014.06 - 2016.12Integration of supplier developed on-board diagnostic sensors and Scania developed control software. Lead the project from start to finnish, project was delivered on time and within budget. Project required continuous change management due to legislative moving-target.2013.10 - 2015.03Development of novel bus chassis for BRT systems and adaptation of existing bus chassis also for BRT system purposes. Lead a distributed project team with a majority of development performed by local design department in Brazil. Planned end facilitated both digital and on site work-shops in Sweden and Brazil.

Investigated novel sputtering technique as a mean of improving the surface properties of medical implants. • Combined positive bulk material properties with low friction and corrosion resistance of the deposited layer. • Presented the findings at Sandvik and Uppsala University which lead to continued research.

Cleantech start-up company developing a novel technique for concentrated solar electricity and heating combination. I was responsible for the development and execution of the company's market activities. • Presented the company on international cleantech conferences and capital days. • Worked with the Swedish Trade Council and Invest Sweden establishing partnerships in Europe and the US. • Closed deals for the distribution, installation and aftermarket services. • Authored prospectus and presented the company to investors. • Lead the company's contemporary and situational analysis.
