Personal Summary: For 23 years I was a pioneer in clinical psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinology as pertains to the diagnosis and management of Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. While in practice I was often called upon to present the new conceptual bases for the emergence of this extremely complex new clinical entity. As a result of being in Family Practice, I also had extensive clinical experience in clinical cardiology. I have been an invited lecturer in many academic and hospital settings, as well as having been on radio and television. I was the Health and Wellness Advisor to Senator Claiborne Pell of Rhode Island for over twelve years and provided technical assistance to matters of national security while he was Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. In 1993, after leaving medical practice, I co-founded a company to bring forth the technology I invented for a cell-based approach to the monitoring and diagnosis of HIV. I have served as Chief Science Officer and Vice President of Research and Development, in which my responsibilities included building and/or managing a team of scientists, statisticians, regulatory affairs experts, along with additional outsourced expertise as from a Contract Research Organization to bring forth new product development from concept through FDA clinical trials and approvals. .Currently I am in commodities, networking to earn money for my broad based research and development company, PROOF LLC. one of my partners and I are sellers of sugar, cement, coal, iron ore..Also work with financial instruments.
