Conduct hydro-geologic and soil investigative programs to determine actual or potential threats to ground water from the past, current, or proposed activities of oil and gas industry as well as perform hydro-geologic, geologic, and engineering work related to receipt, processing, and approval/denial of complex remediation and abatement plans.
