Primarily work with pitchers and catchers in the Jenison baseball program. The goal being to help student athletes develop the proper pitching mechanics/techniques and mental psyche to find success on the mound along with guiding student athletes in the process of becoming young men.

Teach, guide and counsel children who are emotionally impaired. Develop teaching aids and tools for the emotionally impaired. Plan, schedule and conduct specialized training and learning programs. Assess and evaluate emotionally impaired or disturbed students on a periodic basis. Communicate with parents about their children's progress. Maintain school premises neat and hygienic.
