Responsible for operational and personnel function of several corporate office and residential high-rise locations in Manhattan including New York City Center, Waterside Plaza, PepsiCo and other similar locations with direct responsibility for control of training, payroll and contract compliance.

Recruit, hire, manage and direct a staff of as many as 400 Security Officers, 12 Account Managers and 40 Supervisors for a large security firm. Involved in all facets of account management including monitoring payroll and operations. Manage several large accounts; full IT management responsibility for numerous workstations, servers, routers and switches. Administer all facets of the firm’s system including PC peripherals, hardware and software.

Started as security officer and was promoted to increasingly responsible positions.Gained operational responsibility for 100+ corporate accounts. Worked closely with clients and top management; assigned to manage IBM account. Key account responsibility for IBM, Texaco, SUNY at Purchase, General Foods and many other Fortune 500 companies.Maintained and monitored hardware and software for numerous servers and workstations; provide IT services/management to a professional staff of 4,000+ within 15 branches located in the Northeast, Florida and Georgia.
