Throughout my career, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to driving impactful change through evidence-based strategies and innovative solutions aimed at addressing the multifaceted challenges confronting our communities.In addition to my extensive experience, I have served as the Project Manager overseeing the largest Juvenile Lifer population in the world. In this role, I spearheaded the implementation of policies and procedures designed to ensure the effective rehabilitation of each juvenile lifer, while also providing them with the necessary resources to successfully reintegrate into their communities. This endeavor has underscored my dedication to fostering rehabilitation and facilitating the reintegration process for individuals within the criminal justice system.Furthermore, I had the honor of serving as a member of former Lt. Governor Mike Stack's Advisory Board, where I collaborated on initiatives such as Pathway to Pardons. This transformative program streamlined the process for individuals seeking a second chance at life, facilitating their reintegration into society.
