Input all A/P and A/R into QuickBooks and cash receipts accordingly. Prepare deposits and do bank reconciliations.

I worked as the Finance Manager at Enders Island for over 3 years. I supported the Finance and Investment Team with prepared financials statements, presented reporting to the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee, reconciled their bank and investment accounts, prepared for monthly audits and initiated projects to increase their assets and promote efficiency.

I traveled bi-weekly to North Carolina for a period of time to serve as interim Financial Services Contractor for the Moravian Ministries Foundation. I reconciled investment reports using journal entries, processed payroll, and all other bookkeeping functions. I prepared financial statements monthly for the Board of Trustees and Investment Committee. My time ended with me training the permanent hire.

As a bank teller for Kearny Bank, I provided account services directly for the customer. I was involved in all aspects of the branch operation, including ATM, Safe Deposit Box and the Main Vault. I organized over fifty years of signature cards. I served as the liaison between management and the branch during a change in processing server.
