After 9 years of residency training I was dedicated to starting a residency training program in Plastic Surgery at my alma mater Loma Linda University, School of Medicine ( LLU, SOM). In 1990 we started the first integrated accredited training program (picking students directly out of medical school for a 6 year training program in Plastic Surgery leading to Bd. certification) in the United States. After serving in various capacities at LLU, SOM and Medical Center(1987-2003) as Div. Chief, Plastic Surgery Residency Program Director, and Chief of Staff Loma Linda University Medical Center and Children's Hospital I made the transition in 2003 to the private practice setting focusing on Aesthetic Surgery. My goal was to establish a world class, patient centric, state of the art center (Imagine Plastic Surgery) to deliver the highest caliber comprehensive Plastic Surgery services focusing not only on surgery but on non-surgical and minimally invasive technology. Today we have over 1 million dollars of non surgical technology to either enhance the surgical results or to provide a non-surgical alternative.We refer to this as "One Goal, Many options"We have just opened a fully accredited out patient surgical center in Dec. of 2013, named Riverside Outpatient Surgical Institute (ROSI) focusing on "Excellence in the Surgical Experience".Thus we continue to evolve (surgical and non surgical alternatives) and strive to not only provide the highest level of patient care (highly trained and certified personnel) but in addition excellence in the total patient experience (consultation, operative, and post recovery) in one unique setting..."Comprehensive Cosmetic Care"
