My responsibilities include welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, as well as answering any guests questions the guests may have about our property. I am responsible for parking different kinds of vehicles with both manual and standard transmissions in a safe and courteous manner. I am comfortable in driving vehicles of all sizes and types. I am physically fit to stand and run for long hours at a time as required for a valet attendant for swift service. Very positive energy while working in a fast paced environment and great communications skills.

*Welcomes and greets guests in a friendly, upbeat and positive manner using guests name when possible and recognizing all VIP guests.*Personalizes every interaction with guests by delighting and building guest relationships, inviting guests back and giving them information on promotions, events and entertainment of our property.*Arranges for prompt parking and retrieving vehicles of arriving and departing guests in a safe and friendly manner.*Opens vehicle doors, assists guests in stepping out of their vehicles and also helps with luggage or parcels.*Utilizes the spotlight on service skills to provide excellent customer service to guests.
