I am working as a new Agent in the area, meeting with business owners to evaluate if Aflac programs would be a benefit to their employees. Many people see our commercials and know the duck, but how many people truly understand what Aflac does for their business and their employees. What I look to do is have an open discussion on what Aflac can bring to the table and how the benefits provide the employee with cash benefits for their needs.

Xpand was a fun company to work for. It was an up-and-coming manufacturing company creating active lenses 3D glasses. I loved the innovation, the collaborative effort all the managers and supervisors took part in and to be a part of their growth was amazing. I started out as a weekend shift Supervisor, then on to graveyard Supervisor. I was able to utilize some of my past expertise with lean initiatives and process improvement methodologies to move into a Project Coordinator position to work with the many different improvement teams.It was a fun product and an equally fun company.
