The Director of Operations is responsible for driving continuous process improvement, personnel development, positive customer experiences and effectively managing costs on a variable basis. Additional duties entail the following; customer experience, employee engagement, short and long term strategic planning, project management.

Pacific Northwest Division

Audits district office and multiple business units in Western Region. Audit standards in accordance with the internal Quality Management System (QMS). Ensures the Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in compliance with all applicable FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485:2003, assist in the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Program development on my audited sites.

Pacific Northwest Division

As Director of Asset Management I had direct responsibility for all HR related functions. My duties included but not limited to; customer engagement, project management/ implementations, executive business reviews, Joint Commission audits and Emergency Preparedness, annual budgets and employee engagement.
