I currently own and operate a consolidated wholesale/retail company that provides fast consumable dry goods. These goods include vegetable, fruits, drinks, snacks, household items and toiletries. These said items can be cabbage, lettuce, pimentos, water, soft drinks, washing detergents, bleach, Snickers, Pringles and cakes, etc. We also supply items we do not stock or provide on a day-to-day basis at our location as part of our mandate is to consolidate customers purchases. As a result, we provide and source items upon request.We currently cater to school cafeterias, small businesses, restaurants, state agencies and persons who needs we can supply to. I recently worked for an IT Solutions organization that provides a variety of solutions. These solutions include GPS Solutions, Security Cameras Solutions and Outsourcing IT Services. Our client base range from small, medium and large organizations throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean Region.I am primarily responsible for driving and implementing our IT Outsourcing Services to our existing and new client bases. The main initiative however, lies in small and medium clients. This involves small, medium and large organizations throughout Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean Region. I am responsible for several accounts throughout the country where I manage their.The maintenance and the management of these accounts involves clients visits, clients needs assessment, responding to their proposals and maintaining an excellent business relationship where you are trusted and deemed their preferred partner. This work process also involves guiding and assisting the other department in the pricing of solutions and the possible configuration of IT hardware solutions.The client assessments are done by conducting site visit to their IT infrastructure and assessing their present systems. After proper analyze suggestions are made to the client which provides an overall beneficial to the organization.

I was involved in the records management and knowledge management of the company. It involved separate systems and programs where I had a lead role in its implementation, training and continuity of these systems.I was also the administrator for the Company's tender procurement procedures of the department & division. This involved the development of the scope of services, general conditions and special conditions of the desired tender. I also was the division's representative in the company's performance appraisal system. This system has assigned calculations that determine your score based on specific overall company's goals and individual goal task. My additional duties also involved the facility and security management of Tamana InTech Park. This was done by continually meeting with our contracted security provider as the security on the park was of the utmost importance. I was also responsible for developing and controlling the financial status of the works done at Tamana InTech Park. Several examples of these were written Status Reports, Project Cash Flows, Actual Cost Expenditure and Actual Cost Schedules. These reports were contingent to the company's funding needs for our respective projects on site. This included representatives from the Ministry of Trade & Industry and Ministry of Finance.

I was responsible for assisting my manager in not only his daily duties, but the scheduling of meeting, co-coordinating and managing site visits, preparing and evaluating tenders, preparing project schedules and delivering our mandate to the Executive Management. The company was heavily involved in the development of the non-energy sector of Trinidad and Tobago and diversification of the economy. As a result I developed reports - financial & status - to e TecK's Line Ministries which contributes to the company's financial allocation from the Government.

Responsible for marketing our services - health tourism - to assigned Caribbean islands. This was done by visiting the top & well respected doctors in the these Caribbean island where I developed and maintained an excellent working relationship where the services my company provided was front and foremost as to create referrals to their respective patients. The communication chain also included Ministers of Health and Permanent Secretary in the region as their knowledge assisted greatly.My travels included some of the following countries

Responsible for assessing and standardizing training and training facilities in Trinidad and Tobago. This directly improved On-The-Job Training program as both prospective clients and employees were able to have a more cordial working relationship. It also bought more awareness to the programme to clients who were previously interested.

Responsible for conducting a project for the Ministry of Works and Transportation, which includes updating the ministry's seniority list and providing efficiency in data collection.
