I've been working in the Electrical Installation business for over 11 years since my humble beginnings as an Apprentice Electrician. Since then I've gone from strength to strength within this great industry, covering most aspects of the installation side of things from domestic to commercial and industrial installs. Somewhere along the way I even managed to Specialise in future technologies, getting my hands dirty in the EV Installations sector for one of the market leaders in the Electric Vehicle Charging industry.Now has come the time to settle myself behind a desk and take over the Managerial side of things. UCD have been established for over 16 years and are well established within the commercial shopfitting sector dealing with a number of high profile clients. My challenge here is to add another string to their bow by setting up an electrical division within the company to carry out the electrical installations in the retail units already being fit out by the company and in time I look to expand beyond the retail sector and have an independent Electrical outfit ready to deploy country wide at a moments notice covering all aspects of Electrical installation work. The future is bright.
