Member of the directorate's Senior Management Team responsible for the development and implementation of the University estate strategy and investment plan, ensuring optimum use and future development of the University's estate and buildings. Leading on business case development, masterplanning, feasibility, option appraisal and brief development. Taking the lead for the development, implementation and delivery of the long term estates strategy including capital projects including new building programmes, major refurbishments and long term strategic maintenance. Responsible for the implementation of environmental and sustainable policies.

World renowned Hendon Police Training Establishment- Peel Centre, located within the Colindale area of Barnet, and covering a site of c.70acres. The programme encompasses three strands:-Strand 1- The delivery of an iconic new build operational and training facility fit for 21st Century Policing. Construction value circa £60m.Strand 2- Corporate Real Estate advice reviewing existing town planning and market conditions and development of a route forward to achieve the maximisation of value in disposing of the surplus asset in as time efficient manner as possible. Estimated capital receipt in excess of £100mStrand 3- Rationalisation of the existing estate to achieve reduction of revenue costs. £3m reduction realised to date.

Assistant Director responsible for the delivery of Borough Based Custody Centres and Patrol Bases pan London. Programme value £250m.6 major projects completed with a project value of £90m7 projects in design development.

Project Leader National Olympic Strategic Co-ordination Centre (SCC) and Olympic Intelligence Centre (OIC) Contract Value £52mProject Lead from inception working with multi-agency stakeholders on a highly complex and secure major new build to service 2012 Olympic Games. The design was developed through to tender award to main contractor but was cancelled due to Home Office withdrawing funding.
