Providing technical direction for the FIDO2/WebAuthn Redirection feature, including hands-on implementation of the Windows server and client-side components. Architected and led the development of the new Citrix WebAuthn Virtual Channel Protocol; this included sprint management of the feature and identifying, prioritizing, and assigning stories. Worked closely with remote teams responsible for implementing the FIDO2/WebAuthn feature for Linux, Mac, Android, and iOS clients. Quickly learned and contributed to Citrix technologies, including all development/build/test systems—recognized department-wide for collaborating with other teams to solve problems and deliver cross-organization solutions.

Provided technical direction and team leadership for MSI Android device management features. Products included the Si series of video speaker microphones (an industry first collaborative video device), the APXNext Smart Radio (an industry first converged LMR/LTE device), Mackenzie Smart Radio (an industry first GMS certified Smart Radio), and BP Update/Custom IOTA features. This role included defining architectures, defining and leading prototype activities, defining all technical work, creating work breakdowns, performing sprint planning, reporting progress, issue tracking, tracking dependencies, organizing sprint demos, and running all stand-ups. I was able to keep work on track and deliver products and features, on time, in the face of challenges such as loss of resources, changes in product/feature direction, unscheduled updates to Android versions, the unscheduled introduction of parallel products and features (with competing priorities), and a global pandemic.I participated in numerous areas of innovation and found/led opportunities that positively impacted other products and organizations.

I served as a developer, architect, and systems engineer on a variety of projects for BlackBerry/RIM handheld devices. The projects spanned handsets running the BlackBerry OS and the creation of features on the new BlackBerry 10 operating system. I also participated in various innovation activities and was recognized for my platform-wide contributions to the new BlackBerry 10 platform.

Served as a feature lead and software architect for the Customer Programming Software application. Technologies used: C#, C++, Visual Studio, TCP, HTTP, UDP, SSL, and various flavors of Windows and Windows servers.

Served as a senior software developer, and team lead for the iDEN / Nextel family of products. I worked on and led MMS, Browser Integration, HTTP Over the Air Programming, and the Digital Rights Management feature for numerous handset devices. I led the technical activities for all data applications for the combined iDEN/CDMA devices. I also served as a software architect for several features on the WiMax handset project.I was awarded numerous Engineering Excellence awards for self-driven initiatives leading to organizational-wide impact. I participated in innovation activities by being a member of the Patent Committee and entering a submission in the Motorola WiMax Challenge.

Developed software for the Astro family of two-way radios, DocLink Notification System for Doctors, and introduced TCP/IP connectivity into the Land Mobile Radio Products. I also developed prototypes of new product ideas and developed numerous tools to help the organization meet its objectives.
