- TMS Solution Design: Take on primary responsibility for the validity and final approval of new customer Future State Design and Process Flow, to include:o Participation in the design phase of new customer implementations to guide the project manager and the client in the design of a future state process flow that will meet the customer needs as possible with current functionality;o Identify gaps in current TMS capabilities in order to define potential enhancement requirements (enhancement requirements to be designed and led by the CLX Product Manager);o To provide the CLX sign-off on the future state design;- Master Data Design and Guidance:o Based on the future state design and customer carrier contract structures, lead the support analysts and PM’s in the design, development, development and loading of master data;o Provide trouble shooting and testing support to the project as contracts, rates and routes guides are established and tested; - Mentoring and Training for Project Managers:o Provide and/or arrange for training of Project Managers in TMS Functionality; and Master Data Design;o Provide guidance to the PM’s for resolution of TMS functionality questions;o Provide trouble shooting and testing support to PM’s to enable TMS configuration;o Be go-to resource for PM’s as questions about functionality arise during Design, Build and Test phase of the project;

-Resolve/coordinate transportation issues in all modes.-Clarify contracting issues related to Logistics Freight Payables. -Assist Logistics Professionals in preparing proposals and assimilating data. -Logistics liaison for carrier setup of EDI 214 Delivery Conformation submissions. - Identify areas of continuous improvement of Logistics Procedures. -Identifies opportunities for improvement or cost reduction in the Logistics process.-Management of temporary employees to clear up outstanding debts to our vendors. -SAP testing and integration pertaining to the Logistics, Warehouse Transactions, and Purchase 2 Pay Process. -OTC2 troubleshooting for SAP orders, shipments, and deliveries to facilitate correct and timely order fulfillment. -Liaison to Procurement Group for Logistics Purchasing Requirements and SOX Compliance. -Manage the contract Administration process. -Maintain rates and Transit Data in the Transportation systems including SAP.
