• For reference, the portfolio of Central and Southeast Iowa was roughly 33% Agriculture, 33% traditional C&I, and 33% Commercial Real Estate with relationships ranging in size from $100M to $45MM

• Provided monthly and as needed training on policy and procedures to the entire region

• Was a part of 2009’s Emerging Leaders, a group of 15 people selected in the Eastern Iowa division that participated in quarterly meetings discussing managing techniques and how to improve our current skill set
