Founder and director of Dingo Sandbags. Most of my background is related to the fitness industry where I have performed multiple roles, from Fitness Instructor to Personal Trainer; through to Presenter and Teacher. I am a strong advocate for functional training methods and in particular, very passionate about the field of strength and conditioning. I am completely inspired by athletes: their skills, their feats of strength and most of all their determination. I've always been fascinated by how top athletes get to the point of being so physically dominant. This obsession has led me to spending hundreds, if not over a thousand, hours pursuing answers on this topic. Subjects that I have researched, written or presented on include periodisation, program design, training for big and small groups and programming fundamentals. I have also completed the Level 2 S&C Coaches course through ASCA.My business goal is for Dingo Sandbags to be a prosperous and fulfilling business achieved through being recognised as delivering the best sandbags in the world. My personal pathway is about continual development and progression in my chosen career pathways of including fitness trainer & educator, and strength and conditioning coach. Living in Port Macquarie from 2021 onwards, my goal is to use my education and experience to have a positive impact on the community through means of empowering fitness students and young athletes to reach their potential and go on to bigger and better things.
