Constructed a single manufacturing line for multiple products, which was originally built at 2 facilities, which met Customer Takt time through cycle time analysis, Kanbans, and value stream mapping. Orchestrated a team to create our Andon light and escalation process. This reduced our down time greatly Set up the inventory racking and flow of the product in our Philippines site. Coordinated daily cycle with a monthly accuracy above 99% using ABC method to count. -
