I am currently a Senior Analyst in the Warfighter Support Division at the Joint Navigation Warfare Center supporting the combatant commands in improving warfighter employment techniques for GPS user equipment in an electronic jamming environment. I advocate, plan, integrate and coordinate Navigation warfare activities and capabilities, assess threat effects of GPS jamming environments on friendly user equipment and coordinate and integrate intelligence information relating to enemy GPS jamming capabilities. I have developed and teach an in-depth curriculum and syllabus for the Joint Electronic Warfare Schools at the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, Lackland AFB TX and the Army Operational EW Course at Fort Sill OK. As Director, I Led 24 personnel and managed $627K of program funds. Directed inspection teams that plan, execute and report on AF-wide Eagle Look (EL) operations-oriented management reviews on processes and programs impacting AF readiness and mission capability. Provided senior leaders with fact-based evaluations of policy, guidance and operational procedures. Briefed results to Air Force Inspector General, Major Commands, Air Staff, Deputy Chiefs of Staff and other government oversight agencies. Directed the planning and execution of compliance inspections to report on the health and performance of 25 field operating agencies and 5 direct reporting units.
