I am currently a Senior Analyst in the Warfighter Support Division at the Joint Navigation Warfare Center supporting the combatant commands in improving warfighter employment techniques for GPS user equipment in an electronic jamming environment. I advocate, plan, integrate and coordinate Navigation warfare activities and capabilities, assess threat effects of GPS jamming environments on friendly user equipment and coordinate and integrate intelligence information relating to enemy GPS jamming capabilities. I have developed and teach an in-depth curriculum and syllabus for the Joint Electronic Warfare Schools at the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, Lackland AFB TX and the Army Operational EW Course at Fort Sill OK. I support the JNWC Test Manager to evaluate fielded, operational systems, and then develop Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and mitigations to GPS equipment vulnerabilities.

As Director, I Led 24 personnel and managed $627K of program funds. Directed inspection teams that plan, execute and report on AF-wide Eagle Look (EL) operations-oriented management reviews on processes and programs impacting AF readiness and mission capability. Provided senior leaders with fact-based evaluations of policy, guidance and operational procedures. Briefed results to Air Force Inspector General, Major Commands, Air Staff, Deputy Chiefs of Staff and other government oversight agencies. Directed the planning and execution of compliance inspections to report on the health and performance of 25 field operating agencies and 5 direct reporting units.

Job Duties: Reported directly to the Wing Commander and acted as Wing Commander during his absence. Responsible for combat employment of a 21-squadron wing comprised of two fighter squadrons, two reconnaissance squadrons, two airlift squadrons, two aerial refueling squadrons, an electronic combat squadron, airborne air control squadron, and all supporting activities spread across three locations over three countries. As Wing Inspector General, ensured wing was prepared against terrorist threat and is able to recover quickly from attack or disaster. Chairman of numerous diverse wing programs to include foreign object damage prevention, equal opportunity, unit housing, unit safety issues, and base readiness.

Job Duties: Responsible to the Air Component Commander for coordinating, integrating and providing centralized command and control for the Joint Force Commander. Principal advisor to the command and senior representative for all command and control programs, issues, and initiatives. Deputy Commander of a squadron of 89 personnel who are responsible for USCENTAF's Air Operations Center (AOC) preparation and dissemination of the air tasking order (ATO) as well as command and control. Develops and monitors all facets of planning for USCENTAF war plans, overseas flying exercises, command post exercises, and composite force training. Supervises deployment and employment planning for air forces participating in US Central Command (USCENTCOM) joint exercises. Serves in key positions during JCS-directed exercises. Negotiated complex operational issues with coalition counterparts to include radar encryption policies between the US; Served as Airborne Command Element (ACE) member for deployed forces.

Job Duties: Conducted combat operations as directed by national command authorities in support of operation Southern Watch enforcing United Nations resolutions and protected national interests in Southwest Asia. Commanded the most diverse and challenging Operations Support Squadron in the Air Force. Responsible for providing USAF command and control, intelligence, weather, and operational support to all fighter, attack, reconnaissance, electronic combat, combat search and rescue, and theater airlift forces in Southwest Asia. Responsible for ensuring daily continuity and survivability of combat operations for eleven squadrons including four geographically separated units. One of a limited number of USAF permanent party personnel throughout Southwest Asia serving a one-year tour.

Job Duties: Ensured the safety of the daily war readiness operations for a multi-mission wing tasked with immediate global response. Supervised the safety programs of four F-15E fighter squadrons, two KC-10A squadrons; 17 support squadrons, plus Air Force Reserve and tenant units. Monitored the diverse safety concerns for over 5,000 wing assigned personnel. Responsible for managing the wing's entire safety and accident prevention program, including flight, ground and weapons safety programs. Supervised and directed the wing level staff in identifying and analyzing potential safety problems. Developed and updated mishap prevention plans and directives. Monitored and assisted 32 wing agencies and tenant units in safety education and training programs. Disseminated safety information to the wing and higher headquarters.
