CurrentPerformed duties of Lead Investigator in the Conduct Management Department of the Chief Operating Office. Prepared an investigative plan by determining investigative scope and any needed resources. Interviewed witnesses, assessed credibility, gathered evidence, and reviewed any relevant documentation. Wrote concise and detailed reports of findings detailing the factual outcome of the investigation. Utilized a case tracking system and assisted by entering data into other platforms to assist with reporting and analytics for process improvement. Proactively identified enhancements to processes and practices to simplify processes or to reduce risk. Counseled employees (executives, people managers, and staff) on a broad range of employee relations issues, including performance management, disability, and religious accommodations, leave, corrective action, reductions-in-force, involuntary terminations, and employee relations policies. Advised Senior Employee Relations Consultants to align corrective action to circumstances of case.
