Meggitt manufactures silicone seals for aerospace, defense and other assorted industries. While there I produced detailed technical drawings and models of seals. I also designed a number of test fixtures; both static for testing compression and pressure forces and motorized for endurance and wear tests. My natural mechanical aptitude greatly enhanced my ability to perform these tasks. I used Catia V5 for all of my design work.

Sheldon Manufacturing produces laboratory equipment like ovens, humidity cabinets, anaerobic chambers, vacuum ovens etc. While there I worked to improve existing products as well as in new product development. I used Solidworks as a design tool. I also worked with production to optimize the production of new and existing units.
