As lead formen would involve work from footers to the finish of job. Reading blueprints to install blocking or whatever carpentry work is need. Installation of doors and hardware, toilet partitions and accessaries. Layout work and cooridinate with other trades. Assign work duties to other coworkers to perform.

work performed would include the prepping of pile to be driven. Head pile in leads communiccate with crane operator by hand signals, etc.
