Responsibilities:1)Manage project, production, and process of antenna department.2)Make annual budget of head count and equipment investments.3)Work closely with FIAMM France engineering team supporting the design of new wireless products, such as DAB digital radio module, GNSS antenna, 3G/4G automotive antenna.4)Coordinate FIAMM France engineering team support facilitating local industrialization.5)Support sourcing team to manage local suppliers focusing on reducing production cost.6)Work in close collaboration with local sales team to develop local market, such as customer visit and pre-sales support.Achievements:1)Build FIAMM China’s antenna department from 0 to 1 and establish antenna team.2)Build GNSS antenna production line, including production layout design, define the manufacturing process, design the testing machine and testing software with local vendors etc.3)Support local OEM and make sure glass antenna production line successfully put into operation.

Responsibilities:1)Manage RF team of TCC and make annual budget of head count and equipment investment;2)Train and coach team members about RF testing know-how.3)Establish testing specifications for mobile phones and tablets about 2G/3G/4G RF conformances test, WIFI/BT/GPS RF testing and WLAN throughput testing.4)Make RF test plan for each project before kick-off and ensure the test plan execution in RF lab.5)Work closely with ODM making sure that ODM’s RF testing lab meets Lenovo’s requirements.6)Act as a technical supervisor of ISO17025 to continuously promote lab’s quality system.7)Lead the exchange and cooperation of RF technology between TCC and other labs.Achievements:1)Build TCC’s Wuhan RF lab and successfully put it into operation.2)Build TCC’s FCC/CE RF testing capability accredited by SGS and TUV.3)Play a leading role to pass A2LA’s audit and successfully accredited to ISO/IEC 170254)Invent a unique testing method of mobile phone WLAN throughput test in semi-anechoic chamber.
