During my 20+ years in the Automotive Industry I have had the opportunity to work both within Product Development, Project Management, Manufacturing and had several leadership roles both within Scania and Cummins. I have worked both in Sweden and US and with teams in India, South America, Mexico and China. My strength has always been my ability to have a holistic view and increase efficiency and productivity in processes and organizations. In my role as a leader I love meeting new people and understand what drives them and how we could benefit from each other’s strength and experiences. As a person I am curious and positive with a big interest in people & technology.
