I am a manufacturing professional with 30 years of diverse engineering experience highlighted below:My passion in manufacturing started in new product development where I worked closely with product managers and tooling engineers providing product design and extrusion tooling resources. I acquired an interest in tool and die where I obtained a Tool and Die Apprenticeship in the plastic extrusion industry. I earned Journeymen Tool and Die Maker after 4 1/2 years. I moved into an engineering roll where I provided manufacturing engineering support. I advanced my career holding an Operations Engineering position where I supported and managed all of the engineering and maintenance functions in a plastics extrusion operation. I moved into a capital engineering project roll where I managed capital resources to grow a start-up into a multi million dollar company. I have managed a manufacturing plant integration project that involved relocating international and domestic manufacturing capacities.
