As Manager of a busy Technical team of Document Composition Professionals and dedicated hard working Data Processors my remit is to collaborate and make decisions as a team.It's been a quick year and still enjoying working with these guys to provide quality development solutions and conscientious processing of customers documents.The Technical team need to juggle long term Project work, ad hoc requests and quick response tasks while we continually upgrade and review our processes to make the customer experience both professional and financially beneficial.To achieve the above I'd like to think that my main role is ensuring that the Developers and Operators have a sense of responsibility and investment in their working environment. With their energy and sense of pride in what they do, we have a real team.

I have been coaching training sessions and co-managing games against Scotlands Elite, Performance and Initiative football teams. This involves team shaping, skill development, game awareness and life-coaching for a squad of young footballers who are entering their debut season in 11 a side football.I see this as a important and responsible role in the development of young athletes with aspirations toward a professional pathway into football. My aim in this arena is to provide a mature and rewarding platform for these young athletes, giving them room to gain enjoyment as well as belief and sound grounding in the sport they have chosen.Having coached and helped manage the U-14's youth team at the tail end of season 2011-2012, I accepted role of Youth Coach for U-13's for season 2012-2013. I remained with the U-13's for the new class of 2013-2014. In January 2014, I was delighted to be involved in a 2 week football camp in Valencia, Spain, with the U17's squad as in association with the Da Vinci initiative. I was able to video and blog throughout the fortnight, reporting on the developments and achievements of the squad.Having gained Advanced Children's Licence, I've agreed to coach with the Academy sides for another couple years and this season, I'm delighted to be coaching yet another talented squad in the U12's for 2014-2015. I have been providing First Aid cover for the U16's this season and provides a means to keep in with the Youth side of the Development cycle at The Queen's Park Football Club.

Responsible for the scheduling and throughput of work through the Development department, I worked with a small dedicated team in Livingston and East Kilbride, but remain connected with larger site in Radstock, England.Developing document requirements using GMC Inspire (PrintnetT), Pres IDE v6 and Dialogue v6/v8, I also provided analysis, processing and cleanup on data for a number of clients.

- Delivering frontline services for Glasgow Life within Springburn Academy. Actively contributing to audience development for 1st year, 4th year and 5th year students, aiding their employability, learning skills and providing Mentoring and Coaching where required. - Researching and creating a 6 week course to blend workshop, seminar and practical learning with the aim of allowing youngsters to develop essential life tools within a theme that they find engaging and relevant. - Review and aiding the collection and and distribution of data and statistics gathered from group meetings.

Glasgow Life Football CoachSFA qualified coach for Glasgow Life, delivering sessions to Primary school and youth sessions through Glasgow Club leisure facilities.Qualified to Level 4 - Youth Award (UEFA C) and Level 4 - Childrens Award. Awaiting confirmation of place on Advanced Childrens Licence for November 2013 and will be applying for UEFA B place in 2014..This role requires planning and smooth execution of fun and educational football practices to children aged 4 through to 11 years of age. The introduction of football techniques through play and entertaining drills is essential to impress the correct mental approach in later years for football and sport in general.This role requires off-session dedication and on-session high energy to ensure maximum participation of the young attendees with an end result of improving their buy-in to physical education as a life choice.

5 week Contract to analyse, update and enhance company procedures to reflect the launch of Workplace Pension scheme for Ceridian's clients.As part of a team of 3, I was responsible for collating, recording, planning and reporting on work completed on the online client documentation.Other duties included devising new Questions And Answers based on the new Pension Scheme launch and administration using the Ceridian's inhouse HR software.All duties were carried out within timescales provided and quality of work was not in question.Ceridian is a professional and efficient workplace and it was a pleasure to be part of their workforce for this contract.

As Centre Manager, I was responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the language school held at the City of Glasgow College. I established procedures and was required to solve problems quickly and efficiently. This was a residential position and duties included supervising students on activities or in their residences.I had to be aware of everything that was happening at the centre and keep communication channels with the company Directors open. I provided guidance and support to all staff in implementing the programme and provided the necessary resources to achieve the set objectives laid out in the St Andrew’s College Language Schools Policies and Procedures. The Centre Manager role was a senior management position with a demanding workload and required monitoring of all aspects of the programme.

Creative Distraction Ltd, GlasgowOwner, August 2011 to PresentOn leaving my last employment, I took the opportunity to further develop my passion for the theatre. Creative Distraction is a business I created to offers Interactive sessions using song, anecdote and discussion to entertain and mentally stimulate clients at care homes and in sheltered housing. In December 2011, I appeared in several Christmas shows for nursery and primary school children using theatrical sessions to highlight the importance of environmental issues.
