Manage shift operations for CHLA's Radiology Nursing Department, overseeing 29 RN employees assisting in MRI, CT, Nuclear Med, Fluoroscopy, Radiology PACU and Interventional Radiology. Charge RN 2/3 of time with administrative duties 1/3 of the week. Main emphases on facilitating patient throughput, customer service and recovery, staff education, policy adherence and revision, promotion of a healthy work environment, collaboration with other service lines. Certification: CRN (Certified Radiology Nurse) through ARIN (Association of Radiology and Imaging Nurses).

NICU RN, from new grad (1988) until leaving as RN Lead (2018). Also member of ECMO team from 1997-2013. Lead RN as of 2011. Job duties of lead position at end of work in NICU included Charge RN of 58-bed, high acuity, level III unit, along with administrative duties including employee annual review, staff development, education, special projects.
