I am an industrial engineering professional with a strong blend of engineering and economics. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to B2B sales, specializing in managing professional distribution channels across various industries.Since 2009, I have traveled extensively and conducted business in over 50 countries, primarily in Europe, the Middle East, Russia and Africa. This journey has exposed me to a wide range of industries, from industrial manufacturing, food and beverage plants to mining operations in remote areas. I've also collaborated closely with car dealerships like BMW, Mercedes and Porsche, implementing fluid management systems. Furthermore, I have played a significant role in the construction equipment market, working with operators and importers to adopt automatic lubrication systems, reducing machine downtime, and increasing efficiency. In addition to these responsibilities, I am actively involved in M&A activities and our external growth strategy. I lead efforts to find and implement strategic partnerships and explore potential acquisitions in the field of fluid management in Europe, closely coordinating with the corporate team.I am truly passionate about leadership and the opportunity to work with people and teams, driving success and growth in every endeavor.
