At Industrial Recyclers I manage end to end finance, HR, and IT. Within finance I have worked to shorten the length of time needed to close the books, increased fidelity to USGAAP, mentored finance employees to higher levels of performance, and been a key contributor to the overall business in terms of strategy of finance, recruitment, and systems.

At Insulet I manage intercompany relationships including substantiation and settlement of all cross-charging via netting and currency swaps. I also manage eliminations for intercompany sales, manage accruing for annual bonuses for all employees at a $1B revenue company. I am helping to transition the entire company to SAP S4 HANA by designing both interim and future state processes. Insulet is a rapidly expanding company that just became included in the S&P 500 and my passion is rethinking processes to make them scalable and efficient as our growth continues.
