Tasked with the Implementation of vision, strategy and overall direction for the new industry leading Integrated Operations Center. Responsible for building and supporting matrixed teams to execute the mission of the IOC and to ensure collaborative work across all functions in the IOC to deliver an exceptional airport experience for the traveling customer. Supporting the implementation of new cutting edge technologies and systems that will transition the operational landscape and deliver data driven and predictive capabilities to our operational oversight. Committed to building and enhancing collaborative partnerships with all airport stakeholders; including airlines, Transportation Security Administration and US Customs and Border Protection to ensure best-in-class operational Efficiency.

Primary responsibility to oversee the customer experience efforts at DFW International Airport for International Terminal D. Responsibilities include oversight of activities related to common use gate and facilities scheduling. Interfacing with International airline Managers, facilities maintenance and custodial Managers, VIP club management company, Concessions tenants, Customs and Border Protection leadership team, Transportation Security Administration leadership team and numerous other DFW departments that support terminal activities and Customer Experience.

Primary responsibilites included oversight of passenger service activites for Delta Airlines at the DFW International Airport hub. Passenger service functions included Ticketing, Gate, Baggage Service, and Passenger Service Agent activities, Also served as a Care Team Leadership Coordinator.

Transitioned from entry level position with Delta through their customer service department. Worked in positions of increasing responsibility from Customer Service Support through Customer Service Supervisor in various stations throughout the Delta system.
