*Facility Master Planner/Community Planner, Project Manager and local liaison between the Corps of Engineers, Directorate of Public Works and the Ft Campbell military community. *Project Manager overseeing and managing the Real Property Plans and Analysis System (RPLANS) for Fort Campbell, validating, editing and updating Installation and Unit level facility requirements, needed to support the customer.*Prepares and Updates the Capital Investment Strategy used to fulfill objectives in the installation facilities master plan and the Garrison Commanders vision and the installation strategic plan. *Develops and presents recommendations needed to select the most effective course of action in consideration with the needs of the community. *Uses Geographic Information System (GIS) and 3D modeling Sketchup software to assist in the development of graphic plans, mission facility management, tracking data and site modeling.*Serves as the New Unit Stationing action officer, responsible for the preparation of AR 5-10, One-time and Reoccurring cost data analysis, Unit siting, stationing and migration plans. Conducts facility analysis needed to receive new units assigned to Fort Campbell, formulates facility action plans to support their arrival.* Responsible for project management of multiple end state MILCON, BRAC and SRM facility actions and hosting of Corps of Engineer Planning Charrettes for future MCA Projects. *Possess a comprehensive understanding of architecture, community planning, and engineering.*completed the US Army Anti-Terrorism Officers course*Completed the US Army Corps of Engineers Stormwater Management Course in Low-Impact-Development.* Completed the US Army Corps of Engineers Security Engineering Course
