Robert Hill is a retired Deloitte Consulting Global Managing Partner with over 40 years of experience working with top management and boards to address complex business issues. Robert has extensive experience leading global strategic, technology driven transformation programs for Fortune 100 multinational companies in the automotive, technology, aerospace, and medical device sectors. His expertise spans M&A, Strategy, Information Technology (enterprise systems, digital and AI), Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting.Robert served multiple expatriate assignments in Tokyo, Japan and held significant Deloitte Consulting Asia Pacific leadership positions including Regional Automotive Leader, Regional Technology Leader, and Regional Clients and Market Leader. He specialized in building and leading global account teams for Renault Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Toshiba, Hyundai, and Kia.Robert is currently an Angel Investor with the NuFund Venture Group and a mentor at the University of California’s Institute for Global Entrepreneurs. He is an Executive in Residence and Guest Lecturer at San Diego State University, Cal State San Marcos, the University of San Diego, and The Ohio State University. He is a Board Member with Social Venture Partners where he consults to NGOs and nonprofits.Robert served as a Surface Warfare Office in the US Navy where he was an Engineering Officer on the USS Tarawa (LHA-1) and Operations Officer on the USS McClusky (FFG-41).
He received a Masters of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. He attended Executive Education at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, and Columbia.
